good charlotte, bad music. [that was a horrible pun :(]

I'm sad to say that Good Charlotte was the band that I lost my concert virginity to. I hated their music then, and I hate it now. I only went because my brother was obsessed with them and I didn't want to sit home alone all night. We ended up having a good time, or as good a time as you can have while wanting to press yourself against the amps and pray that you go deaf. By the end of the concert, I had come to the conclusion that the boys were good-hearted people, even though their music isn't. I did not enjoy their first three albums, mainly because that was all we listened to in the car. Their newest album, Good Morning Revival, has to probably be the most disgusting imitation of rock I have ever heard. It gave me a completely new respect for their old records. If you had any doubts in your mind that Hilary Duff did not have Joel Madden whipped, listen to Good Morning Revival. It's pretty much the male version of a Hilary Duff record. Needless to say, my brother does not like them anymore. :)I'm so glad that I got to see the old Good Charlotte, before they came out with this. Oh and please, do not comment to this post saying, "ZOMGGG HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT? I LOVE GMR!" If you do, you should probably overdose on all the sugary pop they stuffed onto this record. Good Charlotte pretty much just kicked themselves in the ass with this record. Now I'm going to give you an .mp3 from one of their old records, and please, save yourself from listening to Good Morning Revival.
