Ahhhh yes, the mighty mighty Fishbone! I remember ,way back in the day, catching em' on one of thier first gigs in support of the Reality of my Surroundings album and that was one of the greatest concert experiences of my life. The original version of the band had then just recently expanded with the addition of John Bingham and for me, that was the best lineup they ever had. Luckily, I had copped the then *unreleased* Reality album a week before and had no problem hanging with the new tunes, while most in the crowd were just trying to get a handle on the new material. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a Fishbone soldier but I honestly do have a fondness for this version of the band and anytime I can get a hold of anything from that era, its like gold to me. Kinda like this studio version of "Are You Wid it?" that was recorded during those Reality sessions...ahh well,Enjoy!
