The Coral

Posted about 5 years ago
Taking it back a few years here, but a nice pick nonetheless. From wiki:"The band started on prominent members of the Liverpool music scene, playing many gigs around the city. The Coral are signed to the Deltasonic record label and their distinctive musical style has strongly influenced many other of the Liverpool-based label's acts, including The Zutons, The Dead 60s and The Basement. The band plays an unusual style of music which is a mixture of old fashioned country, 1960s-style psychedelica and folk with modern rock and roll influences. Their music is often used in the soundtracks to many TV adverts and programmes making their music well known, though the band themselves are still yet to achieve mainstream success."Basically, imagine The Zutons without Abi (I know it's hard Blair) and you have The Coral, enjoy

  4. Sureshot says I'd agree with that, and I wasn't too hot on the last single either.
