    Joxley says Seems it was the other way round actually: From Wiki: In 1989, David Hasselhoff released (in Switzerland only) the single "Pingu Dance"[1], a rap song based on the Pingu shorts and featuring a number of samples of Pinguish Do the Bartman" is a song from The Simpsons' 1990 album The Simpsons Sing the Blues. The song leads off the album as the first track and the first single released from it.
