Anyone know anything about Mando Diao?

Visiting some friends in Cologne over the weekend, and we went down to the Rocks Kellar, and though a bit smoky for my taste, they played a nice mix of good hard rock/heavy metal.I've never really been a metal head, but enough of my friends were that I've got a bit of love for the Genre. Heard a song that the waitress said was by Mando Diao, and I was wondering if anybody knew what their big hits are/were. It was rocking, yet melodic. Good stuff.Incidentally, rumor has it that techno is dying. Perhaps everybody knows this, but I was pleased by the news.
