John Frusciante.... there's no other guitarist doing what he does. You know (automatically) it's a frusciante song when you hear it. Best guitar arrangement ever. It's curious (if you're a Yes/Steve Howe fan) that another simple beautiful guitar song is RAM from Steve Howe album Beginnings.
