OK, so there was no Reelin' in the Years, Dirty Work, or Rikki Don't Lose That Number, but still no complaints - earth shatttering, life altering show !!! ONE OF THE GREATEST SHOWS I'VE EVER SEEN!!!
And on a side note - The Wharf Amphitheater in Orange Beach, AL is an incredible venue - if you live anywhere in the surrounding area and you haven't been, GO!!!!!! Great shows coming up - Dylan with Willie Nelson and John Cougar Melonhead, I mean Melloncamp... - also Counting Crows with Michael Franti and Spearhead opening up!! Both should be spectacular...now how do I scrape up the $$ to go??? Hahaha...
Love to all you Moggers out there - music is the greatest thing on this planet - I've got to remind myself of that FACT as much as possible...makes this insanity called life a little easier to bear!!!

It was a great show, indeed....I should know, I was standing right next to him! Fagen and Becker (and their accompanying musicians) were truly amazing.
The only "complaint" our party had was....we wanted MORE! They did play an encore, but we thought for sure they'd play another one.
Also, he is right on about The Wharf venue--not a bad seat in the house, not too big but big enough, right on the water in Orange Beach (less than an hour's drive from NW Florida)---I'd say less than 2 hours drive to the east of New Orleans....and they are getting a lot of great acts.
Okay, back to work! I must post about it, too! :)
