MUSIC SIGNPOSTS ON THE WEB'S LONELY ROAD

Om Records, house music. Om Records, house music. Om Records, Mark Farina, house music.

...Om Records, Strange Fruit Project, hip-hop?

YES! Om is branching out with a new Oakland HQ, a new release from Colossus already available, and up soon, The Healing from SFP. Also in the works are projects from Zeph & Azeem, J Boogie’s Dubtronic Science, Ladybug Mecca and Gift of Gab...

Thoughts on this? What do you-all think will happen when Om gets their hands on hip-hop? Think it'll be a good thing for the scene? I am tempted to say it will.

David's right...That logo is wicked. This is great news...I've been a long-time Om fan, but I haven't been through a downtempo phase in years. Hopefully, their spin on hip hop will provide some fresh and unique sounds to the genre. I think this could be a great thing for hip hop, and I can't wait to check out these releases. Thanks for the heads-up!
