fodder says I remember Gus Gus! They were Icelandic, and immensely cool, if memory serves. Did they bring out any other albums? I only have 'This Is Normal', but it is indeed an underappreciated piece.

Rinserepeat says Oh wow, your past couple of posts have really taken me back (in a good way)! I loved Gus Gus back in the proverbial day, and it reminded me of how awesome Emiliana Torrini is as a vocalist. In addition to contributing her vocals to a couple of Gus Gus tracks ('Why?' and 'Is Jesus Your Pal?' off of 'Polydistortion' come to mind), she has released some wonderful solo stuff too.
