So this recommendations thing is crazy, right? So cool. And I'm totally honored to be one of the featured moggers... but thanks to my recent listenin-habits snafu, up until yesterday I was recommending 50 Cent. A LOT of 50 Cent.So last night I had a talk with Red Team, to let her know that now my listening habits are going to be broadcast far and wide. Can you imagine the shame my guilty pleasures will bring me now? Oh! Now I am listening to music, not for enjoyment, but for COOLNESS FACTOR.Of course I know you're all saying, oh Jess, you are cool enough anyway, and you shouldn't do things just because you want to impress people, you should just be yourself because that is the coolest thing of all! To which I say: thanks, that is very kind of you, and ok I'll try to ignore the voices in my head.Promise.

ebuzzmiller says i love the whole idea of recommendations, but I'm really hoping that an updated, far more accurate version of MOM gets released soon so they actually reflect what I've been listening to. My "most recently played" list is so unbelievably flaky (and yes, I have reinstalled, reindexed, etc) that it's skipping huge blocks of songs....

Sort of llike meeting the hottest person at the grocery store.... on a saturday... in your worst old clothes, with bad hair... or well, not THAT embarassing maybe... It's so cool to listen to some 50 Cent, every once in a while!
