LA people, Sunset Junction is like looking into the face of God and He/She/It is smiling at you and says, you are my most wondrous creation. No joke. I've done it.
I've been going the last three years and I must say it's definitely something I look forward to all year. This time around take a gander at some of the bands lined up:

Good Bar has an outdoor mojito lounge that I try to stay in most of the day. Its so effing hot in Silverlake that 3 mojitos and you just stumble around in a pleasant stupor as you watch sweet bands, buy art, sample delicious foods and freakin people watch until your eyes bleed. Also not a joke.
Its really funny also how all the hipster vampire children (me included) use Sunset Junction as their first instance stepping into the sun since they braved the Indio heat for Coachella. I enjoy the stylish outfits that are definitely not chosen with a consideration for how friggin hot it usually is.
Come and meet me in the mojito lounge. I'll be there both days. Last year I saw the guy who plays Peter Gibbons from Office Space. Some annoying bitch went up to him and was like "oh I love you on Sex and the City!" He looked at her with a look of hatred. Hatred.
