My sister is in Paris doing a semester abroad, and I am going to visit her in about a week. It will be my first time in Europe.. should be crazy. So my question is, what is good walking around Paris music.. or american-in-paris-music.. all ideas are welcome i need a playlist, and so far the only track i have is sebastien tellier - la ritournelle. thanks :)

  4. Dirk1 says I'll second Camille. Yann Tiersen is good for the traditional accordion-at-the-sidewalk-cafe type stuff. And maybe some Django Reinhardt. Or Paris Combo? Or some Francoise Hardy and other ye-ye girls from the 60s. Don't know too much contemporary stuff but Klub des Loosers is a French rap group I like.
