What is up kids!

It's 7:32 in the morning and I'm rejoining the Mog land via Blog. I played another show on Monday at the Rockwood music hall, that was cool--except that they had the most out of tune piano I've played in a very long time--oh well I think sang out of tune to match. Very shortly I'm due to be at my day job. Looks like I may be late but I've resigned myself to be OK with it. Back when I lived in charlotte and had a job at the Junk Yard I used to have to open so it was not easy to slip in. Hell, it's thursday and it's still gray as it's been for a week so for whatever reason the dreariness has empowered me. Actually this early fallness has put me in a good mood. So I've been working on a new album, oh yes and I've got some rough mixes etc. here's one of the tunes called Rush...It's about lust and being infatuated with someone, sucking up that emotion, etc. I'm going to go back to my blueberry coffee--it's this New England brand you get at the grocery store and it is seriously delicious--not too blueberry, just very much richness and thick flavor the way I like it. Hey by the way if you're actually reading this and your in NYC I think I'm going to be playing this one and a bunch of others with my new band at Snitch Bar on September 8th, 2007--8PM.
