I first heard of Adam West 10 years ago when lead singer Jake Starr was one of the posters on the Misfits Bible. I ordered a record from him, and that would have been about it, if it hadn't been for the fact when we were starting Reanimator Records I kept telling my brother to e-mail him and see if he could point us towards a pressing plant and see if he would give us some advice on releasing records... that was 1997, almost ten years ago, and above you see a photo that my brother took of Jake and the boys in Stockholm with in the last month. Jake is the person who gave us our entrance into the world of High Energy Rock and Roll, he told us about The Stooges, Radio Birdman, as well as The Hellacopters, Gluecifer and Turbonegro.His band Adam West are a hard rock, swaggering bunch with a over sexed image and a brace of solid 70's hard rock / punk tunes and a lot of covers of great songs. Jake has a voice that is magic, it's powerful but smooth, he can bark like Iggy, and croon like Danzig. So Jake thanks for everything.... The Music, and all the rest..
