husband and i are seperating after 1 year together. i am moving to Portland, OR in about 2 weeks or less. I have everything under control but i am going out there blind due to that i will have no job nor a stable dwelling. i have some money to get by , an di will be feverishly running around town looking and being a tourist for the first week or so (OBON fest is the 4th I am trying to make that) but aside form me going, i am trying to bring an ex who NEEDS to get outta here with me. also he'd be a good driver-swapper for the 5 day drive out there. *whew* it's gonna be long, strenuous, and a challange but, I am ready to make MY life happen, no more hubby, no more marines, just me... the state i want to be in and my potential!!! YAY! I wish I could stop to enjoy being back in town here in OH htough (hometown) I am seeing people i left behind and they (for the most part) are growing up finally. a good thing. i am just happy to be near an ACTUAL CITY again. hence, why PDX will be grand and the 3 hour drive to Seattle, WA won't be a bad weekend thing either. :) Send love, I am hauling ass these days and it's a big ass to get around. but i am working on that too.
