ah Ok, too early in the morning for me here.. what time does the annamator wake up in the UK? Candy for breaky? You should start slow and build up.. coffee and tea and then Cake!
Usually about 10:30, unless I go to bed later than 01:00. My breakfast of choice is coffee and cigarettes, but I will need dessert later on :)
