Just caught Xavier's show again for the 3rd time and it was just as I'd hoped. Even the most uninhibited concert goer is prone to dancing and letting this Australian artist's influence take over and possess him like none other. He has recently, in his last couple of EP's, added a drummer to bring his Aussie Roots music a more contemporary/pop appeal to it but in no way has he lost his edge .. in fact he has only enhanced it in my mind. If you have never heard or seen this artist, give yourself some time to absorb it. Go to a place where it will penetrate your core and allow it to do justice.. I promise you it will change your mood for the better. He's an incredible one man, (well now 2 man with the drummer) band and I swear he mostly has a script when he starts his gig but quickly goes off on his own with the most incredible interaction with his audience I have ever witnessed.
