I know it's probably not funny anymore. But this is my space. On the third floor of my house that is.Our house is 97 years old. I know it doesn't look old, it looks like a squat. Anyway your looking at my room. This is a fairly kid free zone. This is where I MOG, relax, drink beer, and play guitar with my buddies. With this heatwave it has become unbearably hot. As you probably can tell I am not handy with plaster. Been meaning to get it fixed but the shabby look and run down feel keeps the wife out. This is the song my good friends and I are covering now "here":http://www.guitaretab.com/j/jam/9002.html are the lyrics and tabs we are using. Enjoy!

  2. I am says Play on words derm, Play on words. I consider Myspace part of the EVIL Empire. Right up there with the Yankees. Admit it you were curious.

  3. Rawkkiddoh says Kid free zone is how I describe my mogging area. I let my son down to my lair once, and he had over 200 cds off the shelves in 2 minutes. It was quite impressive

  4. I am says Seriously, its like they grow 10 extra arms. I usually say everything is poisonous. "You will die if you touch this or that"! Nowadays I worry bout our cat using my records for a scratching post. One these days I will have some new fur gloves.

  5. soulrocket says reading this makes me realise how good is that my gf lives in her own house, I live in mine & kids are still a future project.

  6. kristiana says Hey, great song, great space. Everyone needs a little somewhere to escape to. I've got kids around - but their parents pick them up by 5:00. :)

  7. Cody B says My child must have somehow sensed how important my music was and has never pulled out 1 cd from the multiple racks I have out. In fact, the holding of discs and the wiping the fingerprints off the cd 's is something he learned before he could speak. Then when he was 3 I started giving him own CD's. I told him he could do whatever he wanted with them. He takes pretty good care of them, but I still cringe when he drops 'em. Yeah, I know, I have issues.

  8. leftoverking says very cool. your space is hot and lofty, mine is windowless and low.my daughter has her own fischer price turntable, and a collection of 45's we also have a stack of well used "sacrificial" lps for her to spin. mostly thrashed out joni mitchel and gordon lightfoot records from grandma and grandpa. the ones in the mantuary are off limits for now. apparently there are'nt enough girl singers in my collection to hold her interest anyway! (her current phase is only girl singers!) so far i have convinced her we can listen to bands that have bothe girl and boy singers. opens thing up a bit. a little sonic youth. she likes deerhoof.

  9. I am says My kids have their own indestructable turntable too. I sometimes think my kids are the only ones in school who know what a record is let alone know how to handle one. Thanks king.
