I Put the ART in RETARTED

so it's been awhile since i posted but i think i should at least share my experience with the bravery in philly. preface: i have been in love with this band since like day one, actually got my sister with terrible music taste to love them too, and play them on my radio show all the time. i had gotten tickets to see them at the troc in november and was turned down at the door because i didn't have my ID... big fiasco! and i had to miss two of their FREE shows in nyc because of finals. needless to say, when they came to the TLA i HAD to be there. well we [my sister and i] got there and naturally, we were front row. hardly ANYONE knew the words to their songs except for me and jen!! it was so disheartening. well they played their hearts out and lived up to every one of my expectations. they even let me sing into the mic for public service announcement! i knew that i just had to meet them so i charmed my way backstage and got them to sign my setlist and got a pic with them and everything. they were amazing guys and mike the guitar player was smiling and friendly the entire time, while dirt the bass player,eehhh... not so much. regardless, they were absolutely awesome. i just thought you should all know how great their new album is and how great they are live. if you have any opportunity to see them or purchase the newest album [the sun and the moon] you should pick it up or pick up the tickets. that's about all for now! til next timePeace, Love, and Rock 'N' Roll!!
