Does anyone else feel like sometimes music takes you to an entirely different time? maybe even one for which you weren't even alive? cause that definitely happens to me all the time. on a different note- My music professor is so freaking amazing. how many classes do you get that show you DVDs of rusted root or bela fleck performing? not many. and also- not that this is new to my knowledge or anything, but if anyone hasn't been exposed to Tuvan throat-singing, there's some kind of beauty there that just can't be explained. shut your eyes and listen to the notes.. put your whole being into that music. it's almost enlightening. time for me to chill out with She Wants Revenge. goodnight and ROCK ON
