An intresting band.

Artist:
I actually found this band by almost random chance, going down the list of German bands on myspace.
What initially drew me in was this group's lead vocalist's striking similarity in sound to the lead vocalist of Rammstein. That same incredibly low, growling voice speaking German that I had grown to admire was there, and it's difficult to find a band that mimic it very well.
Now, E Nomine is far from the industrial metal of Rammstein. They are incredibly different breed of music, which I can describe as "Gregorian Electronica." They use Gregorian style choirs and modern style dance beats that go together surprisingly well. Throw in this Rammstein style vocalist, and it actually comes together to something truly epic and different. Although they're not the only band out there that mixes electronica with Gregorian choirs, they are defiantly one of the most popular, easiest to listen to, and from at least what I've heard, have some of the faster and more epic tracks.
Most of the tracks are in German, although some lyrics are in Latin, and they have a track (the lord's prayer) done in Spanish, English as well as German.
