Went to see Interpol @ Alexandra Palace on 29th Nov, and luckily saw Blonde Redhead supporting, one of the bands I wanted to see live.
(And had enjoyed them more than Interpol...)

sounds like an excellent show. a treat to see both of those bands.

Yeah, they were supporting Interpol at the show I went too as well. :) Pretty good, but if you don't know the band and the words (and luckily, to some of the songs I did) it does become a wall of sound and you've got no idea what she is singing about, which is a shame. But one of the better supporting acts I've seen this year. ;)
And I do have to disagree with the last bit because I thought Interpol was absolutely amazing and enjoyed them much more actually. ;) But either way, a great show with two good bands. :)

SA; I found they had played 23 with guys of Interpol on other dates of the tour by YouTube. As for words, yeah its shame, but at the same time I love a wall of sounds at gigs. Glad you enjoyed Interpol so much! I just prefer BR ;)
