Tomorrow at SXSW: Digitalism

This would be a very nice post for Wired Wednesday, but as Digitalism one of the big German electro acts from Hamburg is performing live tomorrow at SXSW, I just wanted to give you a hint, if you should happen to be there and happen to like electro. Digitalism is one of very few German bands on SXSW and I have to say they are not the worst representatives for current music from Germany.Max Load has already made a post on Digitalism ("-> Digitalism - Pogo":http://mog.com/Max_Load/blog_post/142067) and so has jackrabbit (" -> Digitalism - Pogo":http://mog.com/jackrabbit/blog_post/139682). Those songs represent somehow the tendency of German electro right now to incorporate pop elements.Zdarlight is a bit older and didn't have this tendeny - pure electro. It has been huge here and was played by electro DJs up and down togther with the French Justice.First a mix of Zdarlight, that I found on Youtube, whose remixer I don't know exactly. One guy on Youtube says, it would be the Joachim Garraud Remix with lyrics from M.I.A.I just know, that it rocks like hell. If you like Justice, this should be right up your alley. (means noon or doesn't it?, or is it 0:45?) Hell, either you are still drunk from the other night, or you should start off with some beers for breakfast for getting into the right electro mood ;). Or maybe some wodka bull for breakfast? Ahhhh ... no.I hope, I'm getting something wrong and 12:45 a.m. is short after midnight. I would LOVE to see them live.
