Tell me you like Grandaddy.

Grandaddy - "Crystal Lake"My friend Aaron gave me a mix cd of Grandaddy a few years ago and I didn't listen to it for a long time. When I finally did, I spent the next hour kicking myself in the ass for having waited so long."Crystal Lake" is one of my favorite songs of theirs. My #1 favorite is "Miner at the Dial-A-View." They just broke up.But when they were together, they were the best band Modesto, CA had to offer. (I believe that is where they were from.) Very quirky keyboard beats and the male vocalist Jason Lytle has a very soothing voice. Enjoy! :)

  2. UtahSpike says If you like them you should also check out a band called Fiver, also from the wilds of Modesto. Jason produced their debut album Eventually Something Cool Will Happen & I heartly recommend that and the follow up Strings For Satellities.

  8. Helen Caddes says Hooray for Grandaddy and suggestions to other Grandaddy-influenced things! I will check into Fiver. My favorite new Grandaddy song is "Elevate Myself." Just sums things up well, I think.
