Posted about 4 years ago
How many of you know that Ruthy Ungar from the Mammals has a famous dad? Jay Ungar is a world-class fiddler and is THE sound behind all that cool music that served as the soundtrack for the famous Ken Burns Civil War documentary. Amazing stuff. No wonder Ruthy is as great as she is..it's in the genes. One of Ruthy and Michael's other musical adventures is playing with dad Jay and his musical partner, Molly MasonCatch them on Friday April 25 at the ne&thee coffeehouse in Marblehead, MA which is a very cool listening space.www.meandthee.orgSupport independent music!

  3. mollifire says it's one of those things that you learn in stages. once you get the hang of regular posting, you'll start to figure out the other layers. for example, there is a different theme for each day of the week (optional of course, like a game played in the mogOsphere), but i still haven't figured out which day is which. so i just watch what other people are posting until i figure it out. of course, everything is optional and you can do things the way you like.
