The Company Band has been chosen as the moniker for the group featuring Clutch frontman/guitarist Neil Fallon, CKY drummer Jess Margera and Fireball Ministry frontman/guitarist James A. Rota. Furthermore, Puny Human bassist Jason Diamond has been added to the line-up as well as guitarist Dave Bone.
