Born from the dark discontent of late noughties pop miasma, where the landscape is seemingly controlled by Karaoke kids singing little more than saccharine coated R&B fluff and hopeless, hapless regurgitations of classic songs, comes two synth troubadours armed with Prophets, Moogs and attitudes that celebrate the grand era of musical creativity.

In warp speed they transport the listener to a time and place where electronic music was constantly evolving, pulling in influences, instrumentation and imagery to make for the most vibrant pop scene in history.

There is no apology for their revisionist theory that what was great then, can't be brought back to life in 2010. Their aim is to re-introduce us all to a time when synths had a soul, when mechanized rhythms beat like a heart, when sonic experimentation flooded your mind.

This is music for the future, written with an ear to our glorious past.
