Oregon 2nd hand record dealer John Tefteller has unearthed what could well be the rarest Beatles record of all, This odd version of "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" with most of the famous faces (including the Fab Four) covered over by mystery middle aged men.
John purchased the record from a lady in California who said that her husband worked for Capitol Records. Less than 100 were pressed and given to Capitol employees as a mark of gratitude for their promotional and production efforts. According to the 'grapevine' there are two copies of this record still in existence in V.Good condition, but this, the third is still wrapped and in mint condition.
I just wonder how much it is worth ??
