New purchases

Posted over 4 years ago
So I went to my local music store the other day. Well, we have a lot of those, really. But I went to the only good one, called Monster. It's still not great, but on a good day you can find a good used album or two. This day was exceptional, though. I was on a tight budget so I could only buy about $20 worth, and I must've put at least twice that back. Here;s what I got:The Mars Volta, De-loused in the Comatorium
Tricky, Angels With Dirty Faces
Orbital, Orbital 2
Kyuss, Blues for the Red Sun
Too bad I can't post one of each, and the styles on these are all so different. But I'm going to post a song from Kyuss. I heard this album at college way back in the early '90's, and absolutely fell in love with these guys. This band had one of the thickest sounds I've heard, and could seriously rock. Enjoy!

  4. Lester Jonze says Um, kind of hard since the tracks are actually four part suites averaging about 15 to 20 minutes apiece, pretty ballsy for their major label debut. Also it makes the tracks too large to post in their entirety. However, thanks to the innovations which are audio editing software, I can break them up a bit. ~DEpWtyTy4Fo.mp3~ ~O78UX75vFJD.mp3~ ~YiY2i2spHYu.mp3~ There ya go, bud. People will say that _Blues For The Red Sun_ is the best Kyuss there is. And while it does rock that ass. _Welcome To Sky Valley_ eats it for breakfast every time, don't let nobody steer ya no different.
