Due to my misunderstanding of the current rules of MOG wars, I have posted my death a bit too early, it seems. Shame, too, since I thought the viking thing was a bit clever.
anyway, just a quick note to all listening to say The Killer Lives, and some unsuspecting MOGger better watch it!
To celebrate, I have chosen this rather appropriate song from legendary prog band Van Der Graaf Generator. This band really deserves its own post, and I might give it one later. They were so unique--no guitar at all (which in the 1970s was almost unheard of, and still is very unusual today). They still managed to be one of the most abrasive acts out there, due in part to the kayboard sounds, but more to the over-driven angst of the singer, Peter Hammil.
This is a live video of one of my favorite songs by them, Killer. Check out the saxophone player playing to saxes at the same time.
