Oh no no no no no. I like you a bunch. Why no Mog? You'll be missed girl. You listen and posted some great stuff. I will miss you.

'Yule' be back, trust me, most everyone who leaves ends up coming back. I'm sure you're experiencing the Mog timesuck stress & feel you need to cut yourself off to get everything done for the holidays. In the almost year that I've been here I've seen it & experienced it myself. 'Yule' be missed in the interim GC. Take care & happy holidays!

Will miss you guys as well, and thanks for the sentiments. Need to resume my life so to speak...have allowed MOG to become too time-consuming, and I'm just not feeling the inspiration to continue with it. Will probably peek in ocassionally to see what my favourite mogsters are listening to. :-)

Aw, I just got to know ya. That sucks, well it was good to get to know ya while I could. We'll miss ya a lot. :(

Girlcrawl: you will be missed of course. I have to second Augusts1 - you "feel the timesuck" and it becomes more and more difficult to post, and to comment on everyone's posts - and you feel the pressure to because you made some real online friends... and there is a true sense of letting them down if you don't... but I think you can become a reader/listener in a situation like that and just post less - I know that I have cut back a bunch - and have taken a little heat here and there, but its usually just in good fun because certain people enjoy reading what you have to say.

No matter what is in store for you (back or not) take care, and I know that we all wish you the very best.

Augusts1 - Appreciate your comment and wish you the best as well. Rarely change my mind once a decision has been made. Am actually prepared for the holidays, so fortunately the stress level is minimum. Think I lack the motivation because MOG's not a challenging or productive outlet - my interest wanes quickly if those 2 elements are missing. Have remained primarily because I grew fond of individuals rather than the site. Cheers sweetie!

i will miss you, cynthia... but on the other hand i am very glad you decided to make changes in your life if you need them. you cant keep being a stripper for longer.. its time to settle down . heh just kidding... ;-) come back when youre ready and have a great time whatever it is that you will do next.

You're right; my girlfriend was only complaining last week that I was addicted to Mog. I pointed out that she never complained when I sat down to read a music mag and she said 'Yeah, but you don't do that every bloody night do you?'

Cynthia, I am bummed. I will miss you. I understand, but it does not mean I have to like it. You have opened my eyes up to some great music and great friendship. For that I will be forever grateful.

Will you at least NOT delete your MOG page. You have contributed some great posts to MOG and I would hate to see them go.

GC - Oh, I, too, am sad to hear this, but completely understand. Real life takes over and it's important to put your energy into what is best and healthy for you. Mog's a great place, but it's kind of like the Cosmic Rest Area. You can stop and hang out for a while, but it's not meant for people to live there. It's been great to get to virtually know ya and share your music. Like Marigold said, don't delete your MOG page yet. I'm still trying to catch up with people's posts from over a month ago. :-)

Nooooo! Don't go! Okay, well I understand if you have to. The time consuming thing I can understand. I just finished my studies for the semester, and was getting back into Mog, when I met a new girl, and of course, now my Mog notification folder is expanding again rapidly.

For me, it's all about maintaining a balance, and, when that's out of whack, recalibrating. I thank you for your contributions, I wish you a joyous hoilday, I hope that you achieve all of your goals, and I'll be pleased down the road if you choose to lurk and/or get back into the flow.
