Well, I am going through two weeks worth of playlist in one sitting. And apparently I was not the only one who took last week off, not a lot to choose from last week, but this week, I have an abundance...no wait, this week is thin as well. Guess the winter blah's are settling in.

So lets go through the 9 playlist worth listening too this week.

Ok, I have to admit, the first track on this first playlist holds a very special place for me. I am an Atlanta Falcons Fan, Born and Bred. I have pictures of me in Falcons gear at age 4, and I'm 40.

MerryMorud joined Mog yesterday, and dropped this toxic list called 2 Legit 2 Quit-Throw Back Tracks. Needless to say, I have listened to it, and danced my Dirty Bird while looking at my Andre Rison Poster (actually thats in the attic, the wife has stripped me of all things bachelor).

Drewfonts makes the list today beacuse I too am a fan of the Booty. Booty Appreciation features artist dealing with all things Booty related. And yes, Sir Mix-A-Lot is the first track. Bootylicious baby!

Ok, let me turn off Billy Jean so I can concentrate, hard to type when your dancing in your chair.

BDondo has 1 post, 1 playlist and is 1 month old on MOG. Inspired by MMW (Medeski, Martin and Wood) is a collection of songs featuring Pat Metheny, Eldar, John Scofield and of course MMW. Shot playlist, but just enough of a taste to make you want to go looking for more. Welcome to MOG BDondo.

ImpMan0r says about his playlist HEU-IST: In The Intensity Or Weakness Of Our Being, There Strives The Hue, Without Tint Or Shade. Music Is The Paint Of Our Being, And With Each Brush-Stroke, We Become That Which Defines Us, We Each Become One, A HUE-IST. Hell, I aint mad at cha, if thats what makes you clock tick, then I am all for it. Jerry Goldsmith, Jocelyn Pook, Angles of Venice, Hans Zimmer and Evenescence with many others adding thoughts to this concept.

Rolling down the street, smoking in the, sipping on gin and juice..............

Funoka, and obvious Twins fanatic (See Profile) brings Chill Funokaaah our way this week. This playlist includes Crystal Method, Zero 7 and one of my favorites lately, Morcheeba. Nice set if you want to relax a bit and still take a journey musically.

Detroitbob is back with Songs for Sunday Morning. Allman Brothers, Nick Drake, Velvet Underground, The Band, Otis Reading and Dave Brubeck are but a few of the artist featured here. Nice cure for a long saturday night.

Kdickson brings my favorite playlist this week with some music I am familiar with, and a lot that I am not. This is what makes playlist so great, you get to experience new music. Recent Obsessions features Neko Case, SiA, Florence and the Machine and new artist (to me at least) Kings of Convience, Heartless Bastards, Beach House and Freelance Whales. Give it a listen, you might find something new. And by the way, Kdickson is new too, only 24 hours old on MOG.

Speaking of new Moggers, Karmaflow joined MOG last week, and brings us this playlist called Everlastings. Goldfrapp, TV on the Radio, Foals and Empire of the Sun are but a few of the bands here. Phoenix's 1901 is here as well, and pretty much sets the tone for the list. Welcome to Mog Karmaflow.

BrittanyBF brings out her inner music geek by letting slip her passion for Karaoke and Movie Star fandom. Oscars' Best Original Song: Winners to Karaoke To. Everything you would expect to find here is ... here. Give it a listen, out of context these sound track songs take on a life of their own and can be as good if not better than when you place them beside the movies they represent.

Well, 4 hours after it began, it is over. And I have knocked out 2 weeks worth of playlist..... I gotta go cuz I gotta drop top, and if I hit a switch, I can make its ass drop... sorry, still playing MerryMorouds playlist....

Keep Playing, Keep Listening, Keep Bringing your views and opinions and most of all, Keep making those Playlist.

Today was a good day.

Note to Self, Wu Tang's Protect your Neck flows nicely into Phoenix's 1901.
