WHY NOT was originally formed in 1967 in the UK, was the first Rock band their to release a single titled "I´ve Gone" in Psyhedelic Rock, which was not popular at the time but Why Not has undergone a lot of changes in line-up´s over the last 40 or so years, and original member Geoff "Mad Dog" Horgan still runs the band. They have released over the last 40 years around 100 albums and 18 singles .
