As the title suggests, Lydia Mccauley's new album of instrumental music has a contemplative nature to it. It is thematically linked to nature and elements of nature, Each track is an individual journey, taking us through our primal memories of the natural world. It is beutifully executed with Lydia often taking the lead on piano, but a variety of other instrumentalists play supporting roles.
