this tune was playing in my car a few nights ago. stoned and sad and listening and looking at everything around me. everything i saw took me back. brought me back to a not so distant past. the places and the thoughts of what used to be came rushing back to me. never had a feeling felt so empowering before. a wave of wishing and remembering washed me away to a some other time. i didn't come back until i came to a stop light. i felt like i had just been sent through a roller coaster. but thats all that this life is. ups and downs. whatever goes down, will always come back up. and when it doens't, you either are left wanting more, or are satisfied of how you turned out. if life is just a ride, then why hide from things. keep the eyes open and your senses keen. :)
