Lovely song. What does it mean. When will I "Rise on Eagle's Wings?" It is not a scriptural quotation, it cannot be found anywhere in the Bible. There are many instances of the the words "Eagle" and "Wings" in the Bible but none where they are used as written in this song.

This song should not be used in worship as the sentiment is not Biblically accurate! I hope the writers were not suggesting that this is how the rapture occurs. That would also be false.

We've already got too much false doctrine in the church. Let's be accurate with the word. It is GOD's word, after all.
