Just checked my local TV listings and found something that appears very worthwhile on an area PBS station.

A 1967 Oslo concert featuring Otis Redding, Booker T. and the MGs, Arthur Conley, Eddie Floyd, the Mar-Keys, and Sam and Dave.

Just Otis Redding, Booker T. and the MGs and Sam and Dave are enough to make this of interest. I live in Conecticut (the station above is on Long Island) so I am not sure where this will show up on your local listings but seems worth searching for.

Also, next weekend, I am very excited as I will see Graham Parker play a small theater (200 capacity) in Fairfield, CT. He won't have the Rumor with him- I believe it will be a solo show- but I saw Elvis Costello do a solo show in 2007 and he was excellent and, in 2005 (I think) I saw Marshall Crenshaw do a solo show and I wished he had some backing musicians with him- so we will see what happens.
