WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

In the midst of hellish I-can't-deal-with-you-people-and-your-bizarre-Dilbert-boss-think type day, I started listening to "Oh Larson B". If only I could come up with some pithy NewSpeak Orwellian phrasing, but I'm not good at pith. For now DilbertBossThink will have to do. Somehow there's something very soothing about this song and the image of a giant ice floe breaking off the Atlantic Circle as part of global warming. Or maybe it's soothing in a "the cosmos will get you bastards" way. Reminds me of Queensryche crossed with Stellastar for some reason. The lyrics are fun and intelligent. Besides, with a name like "British Sea Power" I feel obligated to buy. I also need to get "The decline of" album.

  1. annnna says Ah, I have the same reaction sometimes with the people at school. So much so that I scheduled myself to have no lunch and free time only every other day. Isn't it funny what songs can make you think of... global warming, karma...
