Minor bummer. Discovered earlier today that water leaked from the oh-so-sketchy washing machine pipes in the demolished laundry room upstairs on the main floor down to the basement. Right on top of where some of my CDs were being stored. Only one batch/box. Mostly bonus DVD versions and digi-packs. Totally had to disgard misc. CMJ comps + Certain Damage Vol. misc. Major bummer. Lost causes (artwork, not music): Morphine, Primus, Hellcat comp., QOTSA, Thrice, The Network, Sigur Ros - 2 (lost the digi), Rufus Wainwright, Rob Zombie (best of artwork), Tahiti 80, Vagrant comp and a few others.
Good news? Slip sleeve covering some of the packaging? Saved The Dears, Thrice (another one), and a few others not to name a few.
Various A-Z CD booklets, saved (shew). Books, not quite destroyed (box underneath CDs). Vinyl? N/A (upstairs safe and sound).
Any damage whatsoever? Just the boxing, mostly.
Overall, just a close call.
