By FAR, the best news this week

Only a true fan of the band Far can appreciate this next post. After years and years of waiting for one of my favorite bands - Far to reissue/repress their first two records "Listening Game" and "Quick", the day has finally come. I'm sure this is only for the handful of Far fans out there but it was a joy to hear the news. You can pick up both records at http://jonahmatranga.com/yardsale.html with bonus tracks that have original artwork and are hand numbered. Time to start listening to "Tin Cans..." and "Water and Solutions" all over again.

    brittanybf says Wow, it's not often I ever hear about Far. I had "Water and Solutions" and played it to death in high school. I knew about them because of a 1998 high school Battle of the Bands. Ha! One of the bands covered their song "System."

    Eric5776 says "The System" is a great song. I'm excited you're familiar with them. Jonah is still making great music. One of Far's best songs is "All Go Done" of the Godmoney soundtrack.
