Hi Emily. I got an emusic account too and lurve it. My recent download that I absolutely love is the new My Robot Friend album Dial Zero. Try checking it out. Other albums I got on emusic was Dr. Dog. Marshmallow Coast's album Ride the Lightning is good too. It's 14 tracks. I really liked that My Robot Friend. So that's what I got. Check it out.

I wrote all of this just to Rocky, but _for the lurkers_:

eMusic is a monthly music subscription service that allows you to download a certain number of tracks (say 40) for a certain amount of money (about 10 bucks). Unlike iTunes and many other services, you don't need to keep paying them a fee for your tunes to work (actually i think only Napster does that) and it doesn't limit the number of times you burn it or download it. You get a file without the proprietary formatting that iTunes sticks you with...

Damn, I feel like a commercial. But, seriously, I've been following the DRM (digital rights management) battles and I've been pretty disappointed with how iTunes is kissing RIAA ass. On the spectrum of digital music retailers, eMusic seems to fall pretty squarely on the not-evil side which is good enough for me.
