Here's a little tune I recorded yesterday... not necessarily a polished song, more an improvised collection of parts... still sometimes the quickies like this turn out something unexpected...
After the intro, you'll hear a chord progression used by Fahey in some versions of "The Red Pony"... it is in open Dm
tuning.
Just to give you all a taste of my playing.
Hope you enjoy

Totally didn't know where that was going.
You seem to be in a very visual place today.
That was the coolest!!! Such an awesome idea and so imaginative. I wonder if people kept tagging or painting over his work at night since he was covering up a lot of people's graffiti. His sketchbook work on his site is wicked cool too. There's something in the water in South America. There's a lot of really great art from there on Flickr. This video makes me want to eat some diamonds.
this is one of the craziest things ive ever seen. freakin awesome!

Apparat Organ Quartet is a project of Icelandic musician and composer Jóhann Jóhannsson.
Slightly Proggish, A bit Kraftwerkian, definitely Icelandic.
Not sure how they get four keyboardists to gel like this but they do.

Great finger work - and I like the birds chirping in the background - nice touch!
It sounds great...musically and sound quality.
What, no dogs ruffing?
Very nice work Nick.
That was really nice. As you've said, sometimes raw is better than refined which is the case here. -- I really the percussive progressive after the intro. Unfortunately, my untrained ears didn't give more details than rhythm and harmonies which to me sound utterly pleasurable.
Thanks for this fresh sound, Nick.
