I'm A Guitar Hero!! (Or "Looky! Looky! I Beat Slash On The Plastic Guitar With Buttons!") Part 1

Yeah, we got Guitar Hero 3 with some christmas money and some extra money my wife made sitting on babies. I'm not that good at it, I lack the coordination skills to push more than three or four buttons with one hand and "strum" the retarded plastic guitar with the other and look at all the moving and flashing dots and whatnot (that gives my daughter seizures). I do like most of the musical selections, with the exception of two or three tracks. But I got to thinking, what are some other songs or artists that would fit the "Guitar Hero" category, yet would never probably see the light of day. Now, we only have the 3rd one, this artist could have a song on one of the other ones, but I don't own those, so with that said, here's a band that should definitely be on a Guitar Hero game somewhere... it's Testament, post shred master Alex Skolnick, and via shred master James Murphy!

    Doomsayer2001 says No Zep eh? That's to bad. I think they are really anal about people using their songs in things, at least that is what I've heard. I'm sure Cadillac had to pay a pretty penny for the use of Rock N Roll in their commercials.

    Groon says I would like to see some Rush on there, personally, but I know that "Tom Sawyer" is on Rock Band, so that's kind of cool. ain't Guitar Hero kind of addictive? I played it for weeks straight and have gotten all the way to the final "battle," but have chilled out since then 'cause I can't beat it. I figure I'll come back eventually, since I hate leaving games unbeaten.

    Doomsayer2001 says I played through the easy and then someone erased all the games, and then we started again and it happened again, so I only play when the kids are in bed and I can concentrate on pushing all those stupid buttons.
