Is this a current trend or has it always been this way? I don't think I'm talking about the little half-inch rolls intended because you're pants are a little long, but the ones where you buy the pants 9 inches too long and roll them up 12. Maybe this doesn't matter. Maybe it does. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
