It only took them 13 years (!!), but I'm stoked beyond belief to hear these two harmonizing again.
Mark Olson & Gary Louris have a new album coming January in the US (the UK got it a month early)... and it's just wonderful. The sound is a perfect blend of Olson's Creekdippers quiet desert vibe and Louris' earnest solo work.
Enjoy it, 2009 is off to a great start!

Dave -- this is awesome! Thanks so much. Looks like Gary ditched Minnesota for the desert to record this with Mark -- I don't blame him.
Is there anything better than these two guys trading harmonies again?
