With every album of recordings FOG continues to abandon everything they did on their previous recordings. The new album, "Ditherer",which will be available for our ears in the summer will be no diffrent. The material contains explorations into metal and good old fashioned rock among many other things. I saw them showcase their new stuff at the Casbah in San Diego last year and it was very exciting. If you're familiar with their later recordings you will be very impressed,it's so great to see artist enthused about continually travelling outside their comfort zones and refuse to be content. One track I remember from the show even featured a double bass drum-like part,a far cry from the "Ether Teeth" days...Tim Glenn is an amazing drummer. everyone must own "Ditherer" pressed from the outstanding folks at Lex Records.Hold your breaths.
