So far, 29 brave souls have filled out lists for the "+MOG Best of 2007 So Far+":http://mog.com/Dale/blog_post/91726. That's awesome, and I'm thankful for those that have contributed so far. I'm a bit concerned that it won't be representative of all of MOG; to be honest, it's not even 10% of those that trust me. So hopefully you guys are still debating your lists. I will be collecting lists until Monday, July 16, at the link above.And now, my choice for the #9 album of the first half of 2007:
This should not surprise anyone, as I did "+post about the album recently+":http://mog.com/Dale/blog_post/79067. While I would agree with those that have said that the music on the album isn't as imaginative as that on the debut, the lyrics on here prove that Eddie Argos is, in fact, the patron saint of all music lovers. I actually laughed out loud the first time I heard "Pump Up The Volume", and most of the songs at least make me giggle inside. So, seriously, who do we talk to to get Eddie his own MOG page?
