Factory covers make me happy

I'm no covers expert, but this is the first cover I'm ever found of a Section 25 song. Better yet, it's a great song, and the cover stretches it out a bit and plays with it the way a cat plays with a cornered mouse.
Just as well, neither Section 25 nor For Against have received near enough love. Maybe this will help. :)
PS: Isn't it just the neatest little bonus to find an unexpected cover? I was just listening through the new For Against album and noticed this track name, but didn't automatically piece it together until the song's bass line started.

And I can't add it to the Covers Project database, because they don't have info on For Against. BOOOOOOO!
Here's the original:
Of course, now nothing's playing. :(
nothing's playing...but your description has me longing to hear it....
lordy, i don't know much about Section 25 except that they exist(ed). i am hardly keeping up with your new choons, Dale, but keep 'em coming! be well.
I'm feeling a bit ashamed now, because when Pekka did his excellent review of the album by For Against, he mentioned the cover. I must have completely forgotten. :$
Everything is playing for me.
"plays with it the way a cat plays with a cornered mouse" interesting choice of words...'cause you do exactly the same thing with us when you post such tunes. ;)
I love these songs. Both of them!
They weren't working last night, but appear to be working now.
You say that like it's a bad thing. :P
huzzah! they are working now...
love these!
No worries whatsoever, Dale, I'm glad to see this album get another mention. It's still one of the strongest of the year in my book.
i like their sound. the distortion is killer between the singing.
Yes, huzzah for the MOG team getting streaming playback working again! Glad you liekd, Lucy. :)
I agree Pekka, I've been enjoying "Aftertaste" for some time now, but this one ... wow! I bet this would DESTROY live!
And Factory covers (as in album covers) were always pretty wonderful as well. Nice One.
Yes, they were. I received much much gladness the Factory Records graphic album last Christmas. That gift led me to Section 25, which led us to this post now.
So thanks again, O ye un-named angel of light. ;)
