So let me hear you scream if you're with me

Posted over 3 years ago

By request, more Presets.

I threw their video for "My People" in the Aussie post I made earlier this week as an afterthought. I barely remembered that they were Australian. I was too busy basking in the glory of Cut Copy and Van She. Then BLAM, people go nuts for "My People". I can't argue, that's one really catchy song.

And lest anyone think otherwise, I've been listening to their album at least once a day since I made the last post. I've had this album for months and it's just now achieved earworm status.

Indy, I do what I can. Someday I'll go Down Under, it's been a dream of mine since I was a toe-headed teenager surfer boy.

Sam, I assume you're talking about the video to "Down Down Down", aince the other video's pretty muted. Crazy weird wild stuff.

V, I did read yr post, and saw the new video. I'm pretty annoyed with myself that I could have seen them in Denver and bailed on the chance. Never again!

Ilay, not big on whimpering on my posts, it feels to passive-agreesive for someone of your stature. I will however accept anything I might have done to put music in your head. heehee :)

BTW, I think I see where the lunacy comes from. Check out the label website sometime. Who makes their page scroll horizontally?!? Lunatics, that's who! ;)

Down Down Down, is definitely worth some noise!  That's one kick ass song and video. And the other 2 tunes were quite pleasing too.

Absolutely, if you get the chance to see them again, dont procrastinate... they put on a show I wont forget for a long time, the energy they generated was mind blowing, it took me a week to recover.. lol...but then again maybe thats because I was about 20 years older then most of of the crowd... :-)

I'm screaming like a 14 year old girl, and it's a good thing that you can't hear me now.

It's from their debut album Beams. I d/l'ed it, but haven't listened to it. The other songs I've heard bode well, though. :)
