Hi guys, just thought I'd take a moment to point out a couple of things that your quietest MOG writer has recently written.
(Yes, I write for MOG. I know, they'll let anyone in, right?)
First, a review of the new Yeasayer album Odd Blood. I've enjoyed this album much more than I had expected, so much so that it's vying for album of the year so far. The review, on the other hand, needed some serious spit-shine from the editors here. See the results here.

Those mog editors are great aren't they? When I wrote for mog officially they really did their job & had me rewriting my reviews w/their suggestions/edits several times before they allowed me to publish them. It was ALOT of work but an excellent learning process in being succinct. Great review btw.
I got the bug to listen to them when I saw a vid clip that Laura posted on FB. They definitely have a unique sound.
